Key Responsibilities:1. HR Generalist Functions
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and induction.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HRMS system.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support grievance handling.
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and maintain proper documentation.
Support training coordination and performance review cycles.
Issue letters such as offer, appointment, increment, warning, and relieving letters.
2. Payroll & Compliance
Handle monthly payroll processing including attendance validation, leave adjustment, and salary inputs.
Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and TDS.
Prepare and file statutory returns on time and maintain compliance-related documentation.
Liaise with government bodies and vendors for audits and inspections.
Keep up to date with labour laws and statutory changes.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.Com / BBA / BA); MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
2+ years of experience in HR generalist profile with hands-on experience in payroll & compliance.
Knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS/payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People, etc.).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and organizational ability.
