: HR Generalist
Experience Required- 3+ Years
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the full employee journey, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding for both technical lab staff and administrative teams.
Employee Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, investigations and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, industry-specific regulations, and IGI's internal policies (e.g., Code of Conduct, AML/KYC policies as they relate to personnel). Administer company benefits and compensation programs.
Performance & Development:
Support the execution of the quarterly/annual performance review process. Coordinate and track mandatory staff training and professional development initiatives.
HRIS Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and generate HR reports using the designated HR Information System (HRIS).
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of
3+ years
of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or similar operational role.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Skills: Proven expertise in employee relations, and HR policy administration. Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
Technical:
Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with an HRIS/HRMS platform.
