Everyone worries about the dooms-day in climate change which is expected to occur in the 2050s. However, there's one doom's day which is the reality for millions of people around the world today. Air pollution takes more than 7 Million lives globally every single year. Over 5% of premature children death occur due to air pollution in developing countries. Everyone has relied on governments or experts to solve the problem, but most solutions up until today have either been too expensive or too ineffective. Praan is an attempt at making the future cleaner, healthier, and safer for the generations to come.

Work directly with our Founder to understand global talent requirements and accordingly formulate a strategic, priority-based hiring plan
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from defining role requirements, sourcing and interviewing candidates, to overseeing offers, onboarding, development, engagement and offboarding
Ensure new hires have a smooth onboarding experience and are well introduced to Praan's culture, tools, systems and teams
Manage employee relations by conducting pulse surveys, organizing team events, driving engagement and culture-building initiatives
Create, update, and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, performance review frameworks and compensation or benefits structures
Support goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback discussions while driving recognition and improvement programs
Identify training needs across teams, design learning programs and support development and career growth initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensure compliance with local labour laws and manage payroll and benefits coordination
Work closely with our Founder to shape and strengthen Praan's culture, promoting openness, accountability and collaboration
Skill Requirements

3-7 years of HR experience (generalist or talent-focused) in a startup or fast-scaling company
Proven experience hiring for engineering and technical roles (hardware, embedded, software, manufacturing, etc.)
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical requirements
Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
Pragmatic, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
Deep care for people, culture and purpose - not just process
High energy, passion for learning and bias for action
