We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive & Generalist
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will independently manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure smooth execution of HR processes, and maintain compliance with company policies. This position is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of HR operations, payroll management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Attendance & Data Management
Prepare and update the
Pan-India attendance sheet
on a regular basis.
Ensure all employee details are accurately maintained in the
SARAL HRMS system
.
Keep records updated regarding
employee verification
and
salary account opening
.
2. Employee Engagement & Communication
Prepare and circulate the
birthday list
for employees and distributors across India.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
3. HR Compliance & Reporting
Handle
appointment letters
post-verification completion.
Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
Analyze HR data and create
insightful reports
using
Advanced Excel
.
4. Problem Solving & Grievance Handling
Address and resolve employee grievances efficiently.
Identify and suggest
process improvements
in HR operations.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.
5. Sales Team Conveyance Management
Review and verify
sales team tour reports
for accuracy and completeness.
Check and validate
conveyance claims
as per company policy.
Coordinate with the accounts department for timely
reimbursement processing
.
Maintain proper documentation of all
tour and conveyance-related approvals
.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong proficiency in
Advanced Excel
for reporting and data analysis.
Hands-on experience with
payroll systems (SARAL preferred)
.
Excellent
communication and coordination
skills.
Ability to
work independently
and manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
