Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Support in handling disciplinary actions and counseling sessions.
Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HRMS. Manage employee documentation such as offer letters, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
2+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
Strong knowledge of HR functions and Indian labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
