Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for various roles.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance and leave records.
Assist in performance appraisal cycles and maintain evaluation documentation.
Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Support in drafting HR letters, policies, and circulars.
Organize employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Prepare HR reports and assist in audits as required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelor's degree or MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
