About the Role
We are seeking a
motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist (Female)
to manage a broad range of HR operations, including
recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance support
.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of end-to-end HR processes and ensuring a positive, efficient, and compliant workplace environment.
-- sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts.
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Post job openings on portals and manage candidate pipelines.
Handle
pre-onboarding and onboarding
processes, including documentation and induction.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
employee records, HR databases, and trackers
.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmations, and experience letters.
Assist with
attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
.
Support compliance documentation and internal HR audits.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Organize
employee engagement activities
, celebrations, and communication initiatives.
Address employee concerns and provide administrative and HR support.
Ensure smooth implementation of company policies and procedures.
Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong working knowledge of
MS Office / Google Workspace
and HRMS/ATS tools (Zoho or similar preferred).
Sound understanding of
HR operations, recruitment processes, and compliance basics
.
Highly organized, proactive, and discreet with confidential information.
Team player with a positive and approachable attitude.
Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate in
Human Resources / Business Administration
.
2-5 years of experience
in HR, preferably in a
recruitment + operations/generalist
role.
Prior experience in
consulting, construction, or design-led organizations
will be an added advantage.
