We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Generalist to manage the day-to-day HR functions in our manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new employees.
Handle employee attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct induction programs and coordinate training & development initiatives.
Coordinate performance appraisal and feedback processes.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
