Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

Take full ownership of the recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

Work closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define candidate requirements.

Proactively source high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to management.

2. HR Operations

Manage day-to-day HR activities such as attendance, leave records, documentation, and HRIS updates.

Assist with onboarding, confirmation processes, and exit formalities.

3. Employee Engagement

Plan and implement employee engagement programs, wellness activities, and cultural events.

Conduct onboarding orientation and feedback sessions to enhance employee experience.

Support internal communication efforts and drive recognition and retention programs.

Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).

4-8 years of relevant HR experience with a strong passion for recruitment.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage timelines independently.
