What You'll Do
Perform full spectrum of HR functions including monthly payroll, statutory contributions, tax filing, staff record maintenance, leave management, compensation & benefits and employee relations
Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates to meet organisational staffing needs
Build and manage a streamlined organisational structure and operating practices that are adaptable to evolving business needs
Provide mentoring and motivate the team to meet Lynk's ambitious goals, manage and constantly improve training programs for new and existing team members
Prepare and consolidate HR correspondence and related reports
Maintain, audit and update our HR database
Process all visas applications for new joiners and employees across our global offices
Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Assist in providing solutions on staff issues effectively and efficiently
Act as internal go-to and sounding board on people-related topics for employees at all levels
Collaborate with leadership team to develop and implement effective employee communications strategy, to ensure transparent, efficient, effective communications
Ensure all initiatives and activities align with the company's core values and culture, and promote and safeguard Lynk's values and philosophy on ethics, compliance and integrity.
What Expertise You'll Add To The Team
Degree holder or Diploma in Human Resources or related disciplines
2-3 years of work experiences in Human Resources is a must
Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and HR practices of geographies like Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, India, Canada, etc.
Able to build good relationships with external and internal parties
Strong interpersonal skills, detail minded with a positive attitude
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of HR processes with limited guidance
Flexible and excited about working in a fast paced, results-oriented environment
Ardent learner with a attitude of constantly improving oneself
