Position: HR Generalist (Construction Industry)

Job Summary:



Manage end-to-end HR operations for construction projects, including manpower planning, site HR support, statutory compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment, onboarding, and manpower deployment across project sites. Handle employee relations, grievances, and labour workforce management. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, CLRA, BOCW, Minimum Wages, etc.). Support payroll, attendance, settlements, and benefits administration. Co-ordinate training, toolbox talks, and performance tracking. Maintain HR records, audits, and coordination with contractors/vendors.

Skills & Competencies:



Recruitment & Payroll Management Strong knowledge of labour laws & compliance. Experience in site-level HR operations & contractor handling. Good communication, negotiation & conflict management. Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools.

Qualification

:

Bachelor's Degree (BBA / BA / B. Com / B.Sc / Any Graduate) with specialization in HR. Diploma / Certification in HR, Labour Laws (preferred to manage site HR /Admin/Compliance) MBA / PGDM in HR or MSW (HR) will be an added advantage.

Experience

:

5+ years of HR experience in construction in Construction industry with strong foundation in HR practices, statutory compliance, and workforce management. Site Visits on and when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
