Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for plant-level roles (blue-collar and staff).
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
Manage onboarding processes and ensure smooth induction of new employees.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries related to HR policies, labor laws, benefits, etc.
Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster a positive working environment.
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in alignment with company policy.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory acts, and other statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records as per legal and company requirements.
Support in audits and compliance reporting.
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and support training initiatives for blue-collar and white-collar staff.
Coordinate safety, technical, and soft skill training sessions in collaboration with the safety and operations teams.
Performance Management
Support the annual appraisal process and ongoing performance management activities.
Assist in goal setting, tracking KPIs, and performance improvement plans.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain HR MIS and HRIS systems (attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, etc.).
Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
: Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration; MBA in HR preferred.
Experience
: 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
Knowledge
:
Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Familiarity with HR systems and MS Office.
Knowledge of local language (if applicable) is an advantage.
Skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
