Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding). Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. Maintain HR records and employee files. Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.). Administer leave management, attendance, and HRMS systems. Address employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities. Assist in performance management and training initiatives. Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across departments.

Requirements



Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive. Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle confidential information. Proficiency in MS Office and HR softw

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
