Role Overview
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and HR operations across the showroom and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment: sourcing, interviews, onboarding, induction.
Maintain HR operations: attendance, leave records, and employee queries.
Handle payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and documentation.
Drive training and employee engagement initiatives.
Support performance reviews and HR reporting.
Ideal Profile
8+ years of HR experience (retail or customer-facing industries preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of payroll and compliance is an added advantage.
