Our client is a leading corporate interior design company known for delivering innovative workspace solutions. With a creative and collaborative work culture, they are looking to onboard an HR Generalist who can support their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for design, project management, and support roles
Coordinate onboarding and induction processes
Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
Contribute to building a positive and productive workplace culture
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a creative or project-based environment
Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
