Oversee employee engagement activities, including organizing team-building events and recognition programs.
Handle employee queries and grievances professionally and confidentially.
Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct training sessions and facilitate professional development programs.
Administrative
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees as needed.
Maintain office documentation, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support senior management with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
Ensure the office complies with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Experience
: 2+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
