Bikester Global is a fast-growing multi-brand destination for motorcycle helmets, riding gear, luggage systems, bike parts, and accessories. With four retail stores (growing) and a strong online presence, we're building India's go-to brand for bikers.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR processes.

The role involves handling recruitment, payroll, attendance, incentives, statutory compliances, employee engagement, and other HR-related activities to ensure smooth operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection Conduct employee onboarding and induction

Payroll & Attendance

Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness. Monitor and maintain attendance and leave records. Manage calculation and disbursement of incentives, bonuses, and increments.

Statutory Compliance & Benefits

Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other applicable laws. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

Performance & Employee Engagement

Support performance appraisal cycles and increment processes. Plan and execute HR activities, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives.

General HR Operations

Prepare HR letters, memos, and policy communication. Resolve employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits. Support management in implementing HR strategies and operational requirements.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of HR experience Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; approachable yet firm. Hands-on knowledge of HR software (Zoho People, Keka, etc.).

Nice to Have

Experience in retail/e-commerce/startups.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
