Should have worked in Manufacturing Industry as Generalist Role in HRGood exposure in Time Office, Statutory Forms & RegistersDaily Tracking of time records, attendance, absenteeism, and attritionGood exposure in recruitment, On-boarding and maintaining the personal recordsCoordinate with production team for adequate skilled manpower deployment.Should have Pay-Roll Knowledge in SAP & Related T-Codes & its processing in SAPHands on experience in Handling 1000+ Manpower in a manufacturing unitHaving relevant exposure to handle Works Committee / Trade UnionLiaise with PF, ESI & DISH Officials, Legal requirements both within TENNECO and Locally.Good exposure on general Administration (Security, Canteen, Transport, House Keeping)Knowledge of Training & developmentInitiates & manages corrective welfare measures.Prepare & Maintain MIS Reports (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annually)Working knowledge of Manpower Cost & Admin CostPerforms any task/assignment as instructed by the HR ManagerExecutes these responsibilities and ensures applicable Company Standards are communicated, trained, and implemented and available management systems are adhered.
