About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources in both our corporate office and manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work culture across diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete HR operations for both corporate and manufacturing setups.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Implement performance management systems and conduct appraisals.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Factory Act, etc.).
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Design and execute employee engagement & retention programs.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and attendance management.
Collaborate with senior leadership for organizational development initiatives.
Requirements:
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
Experience: 3-8 years of HR experience in both corporate and manufacturing environments.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a multi-location workforce and diverse teams.
Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and payroll systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
