, you'll play a key role in shaping our culture, supporting our people, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

What You'll Do

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding Support employees through their lifecycle -- from joining to exit Handle payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and HR documentation with accuracy Drive employee engagement initiatives, trainings, and performance reviews Ensure HR policies and compliance are well-maintained and updated Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, balancing empathy with professionalism

What We're Looking For

2- 4 years of experience in an HR executive/generalist role Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- someone approachable and reliable Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities A people-first mindset with the ability to foster a positive, non-toxic workplace culture
