Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates)
Support in preparing and maintaining employee documentation (offer letters, joining forms, personal files, etc.)
Learn and assist in basic payroll processing activities (attendance tracking, salary inputs, deductions, etc.)
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Support in onboarding and induction processes
Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements
