We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and people initiatives for our fast-paced digital agency. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with compliance, employee engagement, HRMS tools, and cultural initiatives while balancing people empathy with business objectives
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding, induction, and smooth integration of new hires.
Maintain all employee records including original documents, salary annexures, appraisal letters, and exit documentation.
Handle KEKA HRMS for onboarding, payroll finalization, leaves, approvals, WFH policies, and updates.
Oversee exits including F&F settlement, KEKA clearance, and sign-off documents. Payroll, Compliance & Benefits
Prepare salary sheets, manage bank account setups, and ensure timely payroll processing.
Handle PF, compliance documentation, and statutory requirements.
Administer Sodexo card orders, activation, and employee benefits.
Manage bonus calculations and paid leave balance sheets. Performance & Reviews
Maintain past review reports, quarterly appraisal data, and performance records.
Draft and issue appraisal letters, incentive letters, and related documentation.
Manage quarterly awards, criteria tracking, and calculation sheets.
Support CXOs with reports on team performance trends. Engagement & Culture
Plan and initiate innovative employee engagement activities (games, challenges, learning sessions, culture days, etc.).
Maintain events calendar for birthdays, work anniversaries, and CXO milestones.
Drive recognition programs, quarterly awards, and team-bonding initiatives.
Create new ideas to strengthen team culture and employee satisfaction. HR Systems & Policies
Ensure KEKA biometric, employee ID setup, and employee master records are updated.
Maintain current policies, SOPs, and HR grievances panels (KEKA & Nethority).
Update master folders for letters, formats, and HR templates.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and smooth functioning of HR processes. Data & Reporting
Maintain structured HR files and folders including onboarding docs, appraisal letters, and compliance data.
Share insights and HR dashboards with leadership to support decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations including payroll, compliance, onboarding, and exits.
Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (preferably KEKA).
Excellent knowledge of PF, compliance, payroll finalization, and benefits administration.
Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to balance compliance with people-first HR practices.
Nice to Have:
Experience in employee engagement activities & event planning.
Exposure to performance management systems & KRA/KPI handling.
Knowledge of HR analytics and dashboards for leadership insights.
