We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will work closely with our HR department to assist in various administrative tasks and gain hands-on experience in human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events, such as training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Support HR team in conducting employee orientation and facilitating new hire orientation sessions.
Assist in drafting HR documents, such as job descriptions, employee handbooks, and HR policies.
Participate in HR projects as assigned, contributing ideas and insights to improve HR processes and practices.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related support under the guidance of HR professionals.
Assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry, to support HR operations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination on HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
