Educational Qualification



MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field from a recognized institute.

Experience & Knowledge



Minimum 5+ years of full-time experience in core HR functions, preferably in mid-sized companies or tech/manufacturing sectors. Demonstrated experience in: Talent acquisition, recruitment, and workforce planning. HR policy development and implementation. Ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and regulatory requirements. Compensation and benefits administration. Employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution. Performance management systems and employee retention strategies.

Skills & Competencies



Strong understanding of HR metrics, audits, and internal controls. Proficient in HRMS tools or HR software for managing employee data and HR processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee relations. Ability to maintain organizational discipline and align with company culture. High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a people-first attitude. Analytical and problem-solving abilities for HR process improvements.

Key Responsibilities



1. HR Laws & Compliance



Ensure compliance with all applicable labor and employment laws. Maintain accurate employee records and conduct regular audits. Update and communicate HR policies to align with legal standards.

2. Compensation and Benefits



Administer and benchmark compensation and benefits programs. Address employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and statutory deductions. Oversee annual benefits enrollment and coordinate with vendors.

3. Employee Engagement



Develop and implement employee engagement and recognition programs. Organize team-building activities and feedback mechanisms. Mediate workplace conflicts and promote a positive work environment.

4. Talent Acquisition & Retention



Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Implement retention programs and monitor turnover rates.

5. Organizational Compliance



Align HR practices with company policies and regulatory requirements. Provide compliance training to managers and employees. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

Behavioral Traits

Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and build systems from scratch. Strong organizational awareness and proactive problem-solving. Willingness to collaborate with top management and operational teams.

Preferred (Bonus but Not Mandatory)



Experience in companies working with drones, electronics, or safety technology. Certifications in labor law, HR analytics, or organizational development. Experience managing HR processes across multiple branches or locations.

Reporting Structure



Reports to: HR Manager or Director. Collaborates with: Department Managers, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
