Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (50%) For Internal hiring only No Target oriented ( IT and Non IT Positions )

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms. Conduct screening calls, interviews, and provide feedback to hiring managers. Coordinate and manage interview schedules and conduct reference checks. Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring needs.

HR Generalist Support (50%)

Assist in daily HR operations, such as employee relations, performance management, and ensuring HR compliance. Support the employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding. Administer HR programs, including benefits enrollment, leave management, and training coordination. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and help develop a positive company culture.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes. Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms is a plus.
