Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
Ensure compliance with
PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws
Handle
payroll coordination and query resolution
Monitor
attendance, leave records, and HRIS
Lead
employee engagement and feedback
Support
L&D programs and training initiatives
Draft HR
policies and SOPs
Create
HR reports, dashboards
, and assist in audits
Address
employee grievances
and promote a positive culture
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's in
HR, Business Admin
, or related (MBA preferred)
1-5 years
in HR generalist or similar roles
