Job description

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Source and shortlist candidates

- Conduct interviews and participate in selection

- Ensure timely filling of vacancies

2. Employee Relations:

- Handle employee queries and grievances

- Foster positive work environment

- Develop employee retention strategies

3. Benefits & Compliance:

- Administer employee benefits

- Ensure compliance with labor laws

- Maintain accurate records and reports

4. Training & Development:

- Assist in organizing training programs

- Identify training needs and suggest improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field 2-5 years of experience in HR Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
