The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This position requires a hands-on professional who is proactive, organized, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist with job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Support managers in resolving employee relations issues.
Performance Management
Help administer performance review processes.
Maintain employee evaluation records and follow up on development plans.
Benefits & Compensation
Support benefits enrollment and assist with employee questions.
Coordinate with payroll and benefits providers as needed.
Compliance
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
Training & Development
Coordinate training sessions and assist in identifying development needs.
HR Administration
Maintain HR systems and records (HRIS).
Prepare reports and HR metrics as requested.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
