Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and talent acquisition. This role requires someone who can support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Manage employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate and support performance management and appraisal processes.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Support training and development programs for employee skill enhancement.

Oversee employee engagement activities and events.

Maintain attendance and leave records using HRMS or manual systems.

Assist in payroll processing coordination with payroll team.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and employee analytics.

Liaise with department heads for manpower planning and other HR support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred)

4 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.

Good understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and employee engagement.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Hands-on experience with HR software and MS Office tools.

Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS tools.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Strong ethical standards and integrity.
