- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding. - Oversee HR operations: employee data management, HRMS entries, and documentation. - Handle payroll processing and coordinate with finance for salary disbursements. - Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, etc. - Address and resolve employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, attendance, etc. - Drive employee engagement activities and internal communication. - Manage performance appraisals and feedback processes. - Ensure smooth exit process: full & final settlements, exit interviews, and offboarding. - Support HR policy development and ensure implementation across the organization. - Collaborate with leadership for HR strategy and planning.
