Job Title: HR Generalist



Job Summary:

HR Generalist will support the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and procedures and contributing to developing and maintaining a positive work environment. This position requires a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:

Assist in recruitment by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Employee Relations:

Provide support in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and communication. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Training and Development:

Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions for employees. Support the implementation of employee development programs.
4. HR Administration:

Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and data entry. Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate records.
5. Benefits Administration:

Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs. Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and escalate issues as needed.
6. Compliance:

Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations. Assist in ensuring company compliance with HR-related legal requirements.
7. Communication:

Facilitate effective communication between HR and employees. Assist in creating and disseminating HR-related communications.
8. Ad Hoc Projects:

Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR Management.

Qualifications and Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Prior internship or entry-level experience in HR is a plus. Familiarity with the Freight Forwarding or logistics industry is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
