Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment and daily attendance Support payroll (OT, leave, shift updates) Maintain employee records and documents Ensure basic labour compliance (PF/ESI) Monitor worker discipline, safety, and hygiene Coordinate with farm and processing staff daily
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
