Role : Human Resource Generalist Exp:2-5 Years Location: Madurai Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Responsible for handling the entire recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing the qualified consultant. Hands on exp in Payroll, statutory, etc.. \xc2\xb7 Placed candidates for niche position at client site and coordinated Phone, Skype, WebEx interviews. \xc2\xb7 Sourced candidates and conducted screening interview, thereby increasing hiring probability with quality submission. \xc2\xb7 Collaborated with account managers/hiring manager and technical team members directly for crafting recruiting strategies and understanding of expectancy level. \xc2\xb7 Negotiated on billing rates with candidates. \xc2\xb7 Provided guidance and support to candidates throughout the interviewing process.
