We\'re looking for a seasoned HR professional to manage all aspects of human capital. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge about HR functions, expertise in employee relations and labor laws, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive approach to handling issues across departments. Key Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding. \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and proactively address any compliance issues. \xc2\xb7 Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing benefits administration. \xc2\xb7 Implementing performance evaluation processes with timely performance feedback and coaching. \xc2\xb7 Perform skill gap assessment through performance evaluation and organise training and development programs as and when needed. \xc2\xb7 Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions. \xc2\xb7 Support governing boards of the respective businesses in developing a view of requirements, priorities, outcomes and critical thinking about human resource. Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with 5-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a generalist in transportation industry. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in managing both blue collar and white-collar employees. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in HRIS software/HR technology and MS Office applications. \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred. \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and decision-making skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent development initiatives.
