We are seeking a proactive and experiencedHR Generalist to manage comprehensive HR functions and strengthen organizational performance. This role is central to driving employee engagement, compliance, and productivity--particularly within the sales division. Based at our Irumbuppalam office in Kollam, the ideal candidate will streamline HR operations, enhance workforce efficiency, and support leadership in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance management systems to monitor and improve sales team outcomes.
Conduct appraisals, track key performance indicators, and deliver analytical insights for target planning.
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit processes.
Oversee statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, labor regulations) and assist in internal and external audits.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, payroll, and attendance through HRMS tools.
Partner with sales leadership to identify performance challenges and implement improvement strategies.
Conduct training needs assessments and organize learning & development initiatives for sales and support teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, including at least 1 year focused on performance management.
Proficiency in HRMS platforms, Excel, and statutory compliance processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Candidates must reside in or be willing to commute daily to Irumbuppalam, Kollam.
Familiarity with Kerala labor laws and regional HR practices will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
