Role Overview

As an

HR Executive / HR Generalist

, you will manage

core HR operations

while working closely with project teams and management. This role requires someone practical, organized, and comfortable handling both people and process.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs. Attendance, leave, and employee records management. Payroll coordination and HR documentation support. Employee engagement and performance coordination. Handling confirmations, increments, and exits. Coordinating HR requirements for site and office staff. Ensuring HR compliance and proper record maintenance.

Who Should Apply

Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 3 years of HR experience.

Prior experience in

PMC / construction / project-based organizations

is a strong advantage. Hands-on knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and documentation. Comfortable coordinating with site teams and management. Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting. Strong communication and people-handling skills.
