. The candidate will be responsible for supporting HR operations and recruitment activities related to contractual manpower.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for
contract staffing requirements
Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate with clients regarding manpower needs
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts
Assist with payroll inputs and attendance tracking
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and processes
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in HR with
contract staffing exposure
Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Qualification:
MBA in Human Resources
(mandatory)
