Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding.
Maintain and update
job postings
across portals and manage candidate databases.
Support
HR documentation
, including offer letters, joining formalities, employee records, and attendance tracking.
Assist in implementing
HR policies
, employee engagement activities, and grievance handling at a basic level.
Coordinate
administrative tasks
such as office supplies management, vendor coordination, and facility support.
Ensure smooth communication between departments and maintain a professional work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in
HR recruitment
and exposure to generalist/administration tasks.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and time efficiency.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
