Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance management, leave records, and payroll coordination
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Assist in employee engagement activities and welfare programs
Handle basic statutory compliance support (PF/ESI/Gratuity)
Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues
Coordinate training & development activities
Ensure smooth communication between management and staff
Maintain discipline and company policies in the workplace
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR / MBA HR preferred
Minimum
3 years experience
as an HR Executive or HR Generalist
Excellent communication in English (written & verbal)
Good knowledge of HR operations and documentation
Ability to multitask and manage HR tasks independently
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Experience in manufacturing/machineries industry is an added advantage
