Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated HR Manager/Generalist with
1 year or more experience
to handle daily HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, documentation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
Support the full hiring and onboarding process
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in handling employee concerns and workplace issues
Support payroll coordination and leave management
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Help manage performance reviews and employee development
Contribute to employee engagement and culture-building activities
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of HR experience
Good knowledge of HR practices and basic labor laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Experience with HR software is an added advantage
