We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful HR Generalist to manage a wide range of Human Resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR processes and the ability to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance.
Support payroll processing and attendance management.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.
Conduct performance reviews and support career development programs.
Ensure smooth coordination between management and employees.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1.5 of experience
as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
