MBA / Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration
Ability to plan, organize, and execute engagement activities
Strong interpersonal & communication skills for effective employee interaction
Proficiency in conflict resolution and grievance handling
Experience in maintaining employee database and records (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, etc.) through HRMS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure HRMS data is up to date
Support HR operations, including payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Collaborate with management to ensure employee satisfaction and retention
Preferred Candidate Profile:
6 months - 1 year of relevant HR experience
Proactive, approachable, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
