Maintain a harmonious multicultural work environment by addressing employee grievances effectively.
Statutory Compliance & Industrial Relations
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESI, PT, etc., and handle audits efficiently.
Engage with trade unions to build and maintain amicable industrial relations.
Manpower Planning & Recruitment
Prepare, review, and comply with the units manpower plan.
Recruit operational-level and casual employees based on the approved manpower budget.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee onboarding and separation processes, including exit interviews.
Maintain accurate employee data in SAP and physical personnel files.
Employee Engagement & Communication
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives specific to the unit.
Ensure timely communication of company policies to unit employees.
Performance Management & Training
Administer the Performance Management System effectively at the unit.
Coordinate with the SCLD team to identify training needs, conduct internal/external training sessions, and develop internal trainers.
HR Operations & MIS
Ensure accurate and timely payroll input and data reporting.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports.
Oversee canteen and general administrative functions.
Facilities & Employee Welfare
Plan and manage employee facilities.
Implement recognition programs such as "Synthite Star" effectively.
Performance Measures:
Timely and accurate submission of payroll input and HR reports.
On-time statutory compliance for PF, ESI, PT, and other obligations.
Prompt and effective resolution of employee grievances, especially payroll-related.
Regular updates of employee data in SAP and physical files.
Timely and compliant management of contract labor.
Smooth completion of statutory audits.
Active execution of employee engagement and recognition programs.
Efficient handling of canteen and administrative services.
