Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of HR responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and general HR administration. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in the performance appraisal process and employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Coordinate training and development programs in collaboration with department heads.
Contribute to employee wellness, recognition, and retention strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
Fluent in English language
