Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage offer roll-outs.
Conduct employee onboarding including orientation, documentation, and induction programs.
Employee Relations
:
Address employee queries and issues in a timely manner.
Support conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.
Organize employee engagement initiatives such as team-building events and wellness programs.
Performance Management
:
Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
Monitor employee performance and help managers conduct reviews.
Track performance improvement plans and suggest corrective measures.
Compliance and Payroll
:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate with finance for payroll processing and attendance management.
Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
Policy Implementation
:
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to company policies.
Assist in training programs on company culture, ethics, and professional development.
HR Reporting
:
Prepare and present regular HR reports such as employee turnover, attendance, and recruitment metrics.
Analyze data and suggest improvements based on trends.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment roles.
Familiarity with HR software and systems.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
