Responsible for end-to-end HR operations in a steel manufacturing plant, including statutory compliance, payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and labour law management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations in the plant environment.
Handle statutory compliances: PF, ESIC, PT, labour law documentation, and audits.
Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave records, and salary administration.
Oversee contract labour management, including muster roll, payment compliance, and vendor coordination.
Maintain employee files, records, and HR MIS reports.
Support recruitment for technical and non-technical plant roles.
Resolve employee grievances and ensure discipline on the shop floor.
Coordinate with plant heads for manpower planning and productivity.
Ensure safety, welfare, and compliance norms are strictly followed.
Requirements:
Male candidate only (plant working conditions).
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, payroll, and compliance.
Hands-on exposure to factory HR operations.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
