We are hiring for a

dual-impact HR role

that blends

Payroll expertise and Workplace Administration ownership

. This is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, compliance, employee support, vendor coordination, and ensuring the organization runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You will manage:

Payroll processing and statutory compliance

HR administration and workplace operations


This is a

single HR role

, not two separate jobs.

Experience Required



6 months to 1.5 years

in payroll or HR admin operations (IT or Non-IT industry exposure is a plus) Understanding of

payroll cycle, attendance, documentation, and office admin processes


Key Responsibilities: Payroll & Compliance



Process

monthly payroll accurately and on time

Maintain

attendance, leave, and payout records

Manage

salary disbursement, payslips, and payroll reports

Ensure statutory compliance including: PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, Gratuity (as applicable) Support filings, challans, audits, and documentation Coordinate with finance for

reconciliations and salary approvals

Handle payroll queries and maintain confidentiality

HR Administration



Maintain

employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and letters

Manage

onboarding and exit formalities (documentation + system updates)

Track and update

HRIS/Excel admin trackers

Support policy communication and employee coordination

Admin & Workplace Operations



Oversee

office operations and facilities management

Coordinate with

vendors

(housekeeping, security, IT assets, HR supplies, etc.) Maintain

inventory, asset records, procurement support

Ensure smooth workplace experience for employees Support travel, ID cards, workspace allocation, and admin coordination

Required Skills



Strong organizational and process orientation Good communication and stakeholder coordination Basic knowledge of

Excel/Google Sheets

Exposure to

payroll tools or HRIS (bonus, not mandatory)

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Vendor and office coordination mindset
