The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, ability to coordinate with internal teams and recruitment consultants, and basic exposure to generalist responsibilities including training coordination and employee engagement.

office. The ideal candidate will support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. This is a full-time
work-from-office
role with significant exposure to end-to-end HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and on-boarding.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support payroll processing by collating attendance and leave data.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and handle statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Support performance appraisal cycles and employee feedback processes.
Address employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution and grievance handling.
Coordinate employee engagement programs and internal HR communications.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
Generate HR reports and analytics as required by management.
