Job Title: HR Generalist



Overview



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Generalist

to support end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and daily HR administration. This role requires strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups. Draft and post job descriptions across platforms. Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement gathering and role alignment.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding



Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation. Conduct HR inductions and ensure smooth joining formalities. Handle exit formalities, F&F coordination, and experience letters.

3. HR Operations



Maintain and update HRIS/HR records (attendance, leave, employee data). Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave balances, reimbursements, and deductions. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

4. Compliance & Documentation



Maintain statutory compliance records (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Ensure all employee documents are complete and up to date. Support audits and maintain HR files securely.

5. Employee Engagement & Culture



Plan and execute engagement activities, surveys, and internal communications. Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles. Promote a positive and compliant workplace environment.

6. Policy Implementation



Assist in drafting and updating HR policies. Ensure policies are communicated and followed across the organization.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Operations role. Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and documentation. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Keka, Zoho, BambooHR -- as applicable). Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
