Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with
statutory requirements across all Indian states
, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other applicable labour regulations.
Handle
Project-based and Contract Labour Management
, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational policies.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
Assist in payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance department for salary processing.
Support recruitment and selection activities as per manpower requirements.
Work closely with management to implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives.
